Privacy
- 5 Finger Wholesale will never share
or sell information of our customers with any third party. Payment is made
through PayPal so we do not atall come into contact with any details. All
payments are securely dealt with by PayPal, and they are not prohibited in
using your details in any other way except charge you for the order.
Payment Methods
- All prices are in Sterling Pounds.
For international order, please contact us for information. You can easily
exchange amounts using www.xe.com which is
worked out on the latest currency exchange rates.

Shipping and fees
- Shipping is
set at buying prices.
- All items are shipped via either
Royal Mail/DHL/Other
Leading Courier (at our discretion)
- All items are packaged and shipped
out after payment is received. We expect packages to be sent out next day
or same day if purchased before 12pm (midday).
- Items are processed and shipped Monday-Friday excluding
holidays
- Customers are responsible for providing a full valid
address, including apartment number if applicable, for delivery. They are
responsible for arranging mail forwarding if they are moving, and for
putting a hold if they do not anticipate that they will be at home when
the package is due to arrive. Customers are entirely responsible for
ensuring the receipt of the package, and 5 Finger
Wholesale will not be responsible for returned orders due in part
by customer negligence.
Order
Tracking
- Upon receipt of your payment, your order will begin
processing the next business day.
5 Finger Wholesale will release this information through
either email or through your PayPal payment.
- When a package is released from us
into the couriers care, shipping should take around 1-5 working days.
Tracking should be made through the couriers website, which we provide to
you. This is the customers responsibility to track the item.
Returns
- Should you receive the incorrect size, you may return
the item within 10 days of receiving it. Please
contact us within 2 days of receiving the item
prior to any returns so we can provide the correct instructions on
returning the item.
- Should you receive an item with a defect or damage, you
must contact us within 5 days and provide a digital picture of the
item received.
Unacceptable reasons for an exchange: colors of the shoes are
darker/lighter than pictured, shoes had minor color differences from the
picture, shoes do not fit (due in part of error by the customer), I would
rather have a different shoe.
- Should you wish to return the item for any other
reason, please contact us and we may look into it.
- All items returned will be at cost
to the customer, unless it is 5 Finger Wholesale's responsibility where we
will refund you the amount of postage.
Item and Availability
- All items are subject to availability. In some
instances, items may go out of stock right after an order has been
placed. Special discounts and offers are available on a first come first
serve basis due to limited available quantity.
- All the items are in UK Men's
Size, unless otherwise stated.
- All items are in Brand New
condition.
- Customers may not change style/size
after order is processed.
